COI Tracking Landing Page Success with Matie Natov

The project began when a client discovered Matie Natov on UpWork, a global marketplace that connects businesses with independent professionals. The client initially approached Matie with a clear goal: to improve the visual design and user experience of their company’s landing pages to enhance advertising performance on Google Ads. The existing pages lacked modern design and failed to effectively engage visitors.


Collaborating to Define the Scope


Excited to take on the challenge, Matie worked closely with the business owner to scope the project requirements. The client provided Word documents containing the content and copy for the website. However, upon reviewing these materials, Matie identified a potential issue: the volume of copy was too overwhelming for effective landing pages.


Streamlining Content with AI


To address this, Matie used ChatGPT (AI) to polish, consolidate, and simplify the client’s text, transforming it into manageable and scannable sections. This approach ensured the content was concise and engaging while preserving the key messages.


Designing Engaging, User-Centric Landing Pages


Matie introduced modern design elements and structured the landing pages to answer critical customer questions, such as “Why choose us?” The redesign featured:


  • Trust indicators to build credibility

  • Testimonials to showcase customer satisfaction

  • Key value propositions to communicate the company’s strengths

  • A strong call-to-action (CTA): “Get in Touch”




Building and Testing in WordPress


After designing the pages in Figma, Matie took the project further by exporting all assets for web use and fully building the designs in WordPress. She ensured that the new landing pages were responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, thoroughly testing functionality. By working within the company’s existing website modules and toolkit library, Matie seamlessly integrated the new designs into their ecosystem.


Showcasing Two Key Products


The company requested the redesign of two landing pages, each focusing on one of their Certificate of Insurance (COI) tracking software products. Matie delivered custom designs tailored to each product, presenting them in a marketing-savvy way to improve Google Ads performance and overall customer engagement.

The result? Two visually appealing, user-focused landing pages that aligned with the client’s vision, enhanced the user experience, and set the foundation for better advertising performance.
